• Free Consultations: Available
• Paid Consultations: 45 minutes for $45
• Website Development: $500
• Website Maintenance: $300 annually
• Business Structure Reconstruction and Document Retrieval: $500

1. Withdrawal and Cancellation: TAP JOURNEY LLC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel services, as well as financial transactions, at our discretion.
2. Liability: While we strive for accuracy, TAP JOURNEY LLC is not liable for errors in information provided or website downtime. Users agree to use our services at their own risk.
3. Copyright: All content provided by TAP JOURNEY LLC is subject to copyright. Users must adhere to copyright rules, including attribution and restrictions on commercial use, without explicit permission.
4. User Behavior: Users must refrain from unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or any activities that violate our terms of service. TAP JOURNEY LLC reserves the right to disable user accounts for violations.
5. All Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any services purchased from TAP JOURNEY LLC.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Effective September 1, 2024, late payment fees will apply to the following services:

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
2. Late Fees: Payments not received within 15 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount due. An additional 2% will be charged for each subsequent 15-day period of delay.
3. Service Suspension: Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, including:
   • Business Consulting
   • Website Maintenance

1. Reinstatement Fees: A reinstatement fee of $50 will apply to resume services following suspension due to non-payment.
2. Collection Costs: TAP JOURNEY LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of overdue amounts, including legal fees and collection agency costs.

SERVICE SUSPENSION POLICY

1. Suspension of Services: TAP JOURNEY LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment, including but not limited to:
   • Business Consulting
   • Website Maintenance 

2.   Notification: Clients will be notified in writing prior to the suspension of services.
